Call Me Mother

Misty early mornings are almost a thing of the past now, but reflection upon them is bringing immense joy as the weather warms up.

My first glimpse of goslings this year! I have been reliably informed by my children that they are watching the progress of a number of cygnets. They seem to disappear at my approach and I have yet to experience that particular joy.

Spotting a rainbow around the sun when one was not previously aware that such a phenomenon ever existed was wonderful.  Occurring on the back of what has been (and continues to be a particularly challenging part of my life journey) rendered it positively spectacular.
